you used a yellow filter and toned it blue? doesn't that have opposite effects?

the blue tone does provide a cool feeling - I was looking for something else - ice, snow etc. to support the cool effect.

Am I off base here?

NO -- The Yellow Filter cut the 'Haze' and brought out the Clouds better then in PhotoShop 7 I 'Colourized ' it in the Hue/Saturation box as it was a Black & white Image then clicked on 'Hue' until it went Blue.
