Thanks for the kindness, Eric. I’ve learned that not all paint and pavement is the same. The richest hunting fields only last a matter of months or weeks before they lose their snap. And the angle of the sun is everything. It can be a bit dangerous. Not the place for the V11 Deardorff...

great stuff, i'm like eric, and really like this type of imagery years ago ( maybe the late 1980s? ) there was a newspaper article in the providence journal about rhode island's gem, aaron siskind, and how he had the state stop traffic on the mount hope bridge ( between portsmouth and bristol ) so he could photograph the crackfiller. he wasn't using a deardorf either
