Short of exploding in a fireball, this is about as much drama as I can imagine w/ an oil pump. Its also right up there w/ the best I've seen from Acros mid-tones. Bravo Chris!

Very impressive, your red filter adds terrific drama to the sky and clouds. I must admit that I would be tempted to crop out the lake in order to maintane the emphasis on the pump and sky.

@Vincent Brady Thank you! For me I the little puddle and its hardscrabble vegetation in the barren well pad is part of what makes the scene. It's part of the atmosphere for me.

Marvelous arrangement of your elements, they conspire well together, and the
constraints of the square add to the drama, imho. Very fine work, in the classic style.

Wow! Thank you. This is the first print I printed an actual edition. I had three people interested in it. My fiancee, and two friends who purchased prints. Two left in the edition.
