Very nice. Good detail in both the gull and the clouds. I am sure the filter helped here. Composition is good - I like the up-left movement of the gull balanced by the down-right clouds.

I believe this is an Artic Term, no a gull.

I like this shot as it's a good one and a counter to some of the photographs I took at Eniwetok of Terns there.
