To busy as far as I'm concerned, but hey it was worth a try.

'Too', not 'to'.

I find this NOT too busy, but rather interesting in that the light seems to permeate the entire image (even the dark parts). Why this is so, I do not know, but it looks almost surreal. Is that so bad? - David Lyga

Thanks David, I did find the light "interesting" and had it on my mind how I wanted to work with it. I offer up the image more as a discussion point than anything else.

I'm with Davide Lyga on this. I don't find it too busy either. If you are wanting some "super critical" comments. Only thing I would change is to get the "non-main subject birch trees" more out of focus. But this comment is only valid because I have the opportunity to see the photograph in it's completed state. Because hindsight is always 20/20, no way I could make this comment while the photograph was taken. I do really like the photo.
