Birch stand

One of my few forays into colour work. I liked the depth and clarity of the scene. Any comments?

I prefer color photographs with a limited range of colors, as this example so well demonstrates. You don't need to use every crayon in the box. Thanks.

I never thought of that and agree that if you crop down to just below the fork in the centre trees, it takes on a new dimension.
 
Phil, whilst I agree that the crop works nicely, I prefer it as is. The limited palette does really enhance the image and teh simplicty overall is key. Looks simple but could have taken you a while to fing the right stand of trees and compose. I know such shots can be a nightmare
