Great eye thank you Ben. Back when I shot this portrait I always left myself room in the negative for cropping later when shooting my 4x5 and 6x7 medium format cameras. Benefit of the larger negatives. FYI this is a man that lived on the streets and was always drunk. He would stop in to the studio about once a week to chat. One day I asked to take his portrait and gave him a small print. Window light and one large soft reflector. Good old man just a little to much drinking.
