I agree with John. You can carry out spotting on the most basic programmes. I believe you should always put your best foot forward when posting on this site. You have a terrific portrait which is spoiled with indifferent presentation.
I love this portrait Terry and wish it was mine, but although as far as composition is concerned it has faults that can be easily be remedied by cropping, firstly the head is far too low in the frame in a portrait the eyes should be in top third of the frame and needs a crop to just above his head, and secondly some of the image needs cropping from the right side to near the line made by the curve of his back to bring his nearest eye into the centre of the frame where compositionally it should be, which will also concentrate and balance the image. I just did this with a couple of pieces of paper on my monitor, try it yourself and see if it doesn't improve it.
