Looks like a great idea for a garden, What kind of a vane is it? It look a bit heavy to be a wind direction vane

Yeah, it's too big to move around - about 12 inches long. But the wheels spin really fast.

Thanks for the reply. It should be quite a sight when its windy. I can imagine young grandkids or any kids going straight to the bike when it's windy.
