I used to take 'Crystal Photos' when I was a Scientific Photographer at University College London -- i had the use of a Zeiss Photomicroscope and used 'Ferraniacolor' slide film and Gevaert 'Scientiacolor Print Film' which I processed myself -- I still HAVE a few results in computer.

Wow, well done ! And this is self-referent

It's a pleasure to see, here and now, such scientific (and aesthetic) photographs.

Pete, I used a microscope a lot in college plus my first job after I graduated was in a lab using PLM and Phase contrast microscopes but I never did any photography. I’m having a great time re-introducing myself to microscopes and learning the photography part of it. It would be great to see some of your old photos.

Thanks Raphael, I’m trying to compose some nice shots of interesting subjects.

hi bac1967
beautiful crystalgraph ( if that is what you call it )
is this with trusty PBR or schlitz .. or something even
more delightful
john

@jnanian I do use PBR a lot but I think this was Henry Weinhard's Private Reserve, someone left a few cans at my house after a party. Most of my friends have been put on notice, if they leave cheap beer I will develop film with it.

OK -- I will look out some of my Photomicrographs I took before I left University College London on 1970 -- so they are not 'Recent' photos -
