Lovely grays... and a smooth transition to black. Looks as though that paper likes amidol.

To me, it's not the amidol that plays the main role here. It's the sense of light but above all the photographer's eye. I've tried on this particular subject many times but in vain. I don't know if it's because we have strong light here or because of amidol lack. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, materials aside it is a beautiful subject in excellent lighting. I love the way the ivy seems to bridge the gap between the greenery at the top and bottom of the frame.

I do wonder what color effect the amidol has on this warm tone paper? I can't really tell through the monitor.
