There is something about this picture that just works for me, and I can't put my finger on it. The velvety textures of the drapes are sumptuous. The grain and slight halo around the bright/dark adjacencies also appeal a lot to my aesthetic, and I greatly like the echo of the shapes in the background compared to the window frame. Nice study in shape and form.
