Beaver Lake #2

I was curious what you thoughts are on the colour vs. b&w image. I shoot so little colour. I imagine the colour shot would benifit from one of those fancy warming/polarizer/grad things for the sky.

Very nice photo. Might try a grad ND next time. beautiful image.
 
Thanks for the the thoughtful comments everyone. I've not used an ND grad filter before, but might consider it for future efforts. I've printed this at 16x20, and it's razor sharp considering the exposure was 30-45 seconds! One version of the print I quite like has been sepia toned which imparts a rich warmth.
