An old wreck of a car in a field with a ridiculously dark sky and anyway all in B&W bearing no relationship to "real colours".

That's the reasonably accurate facts. So why is it absolutely terrific? I don't know but it is and if I did know, it might take the magic away and I like magic.

I've yet to try the Ilford IR film , this is a great result and encourages me to have a go now that Kodak HIE is gone.
