BEACH PROTECTOR

While photographing the beach fence I came across the remains of a rosary beads wrapped into the wire and thought it might make a nice composition. You can just notice the waves breaking in the background. Not sure if they take from the photo or not?

Well spotted. I like these kind of shots that prompt the who left it and and why was it left questions.

Of course the real beach protector was the Charles Atlas course. It used to stop you getting sand kicked in your face and made you a hit with the young ladies. Remember the advert as a comic strip in the 50s?

Thanks everyone for your positive comments. I remember the Charles Atlas adds very well, but thank goodness I never bought into the scheme. I guess with so much rain during our summers lying out on the beach was rare enough.
