Bausch & Lomb Nicholas Power Co. Meniscus

It's an 18" Achromatic Meniscus doublet in a black B&L mount. The guy had to offer it 2 times to get a $10.50 bid. This was on the Kodak 8X10. Scratching my head on this one. Pretty good image for 10 bucks.
