Bastion Square, Post-Apocalypse

This is an unusual perspective on this square, for me. The dark lighting, high contrast with the bleak white sky, emptiness, ultra-wide angle effect on the distant buildings to reduce their size, the tilt of the image, and the vignette conspire to make this lively and colourful square look really desolate. I found the effect pleasantly surprising.
