I am trying to figure out how the two very different areas of your image, the lower half and the much darker upper half, are affecting me. I feel some tension between the two halves. Something does not feel quite right, but it is not related to anything the photographer has done. You could split the print across the middle (horizontally) and get two images. A nicely lit lower scene with bright baskets and a curious bright blue spot on the right. The upper half is wonderfully textured dark surfaces taking us up to the black corner. Putting these two areas together and you have a photograph that gave me a reason to look at it a little harder.
