This is a really strong image. It has presence, nice one. I could imagine this on a gallery wall in very large scale.

Excellent control of tones -- you kept detail in the barn walls, while keeping the snow from blowing out. Perhaps the overcast helped, but nonetheless it's very well done. I agree with cliveh that this could be on your wall, though perhaps cropped to a horizontal rectangular image just at the point where the slush starts, balancing the open sky area above the peak?

beautiful !, i love vertical board construction ( vernacular ) ..
kind of reminds me of that church in iceland .. that white one surrounded by dark tones

I love the composition. It would have been so easy just to crop out the tracks in the foreground, but I am glad you left them in.

Thanks everyone. poor weather is an excellent time for subtle lighting like this. I like having the slush tracks in the foreground but I evaluated cropping it and was suprised what a change it created.
