They are very real, and awesome (in the true sense of the word) - ancient and huge, you can see them miles away. Thanks for looking
 
Thank you all for the kind comments. I love this print, it's like a blessing to me. This very ancient and powerful tree decided to show herself to me. The print was a total thumb-suck. I found a piece of coated Washi paper and at the end of a contact printing session I though, 'let's quickly try something' and this was the result.
