Like the overall smoothness of the grain and contrast, how did you get that cooler tone on Ilford warm tone?

With 130 and without selenium I get pretty straight tones.

Thanks but I'm afraid it's mostly midtones. At the time I showed it to a small newspaper editor who said he would never run it because nothing stood out - the eye couldn't easily identify the subject. I think I agree.
