backyard -kallitype

I made a mistake and over developed a roll of film. About to just toss it I realized that I was about to kickstart my Kallitype processing session sooooo I decided why not see if the process could redeem the image. This is just a contact print of a single shot from TMY-2 120 film. I can't faithfully reproduce the beautiful subtlty and sharpness of this kallitype because it was done on KOZO paper that doesn't scan well .

It's beautiful, Miles! I absolutely love the texture.

Thanks for the comments. I only had a couple of sheets of Kozo that were given as samples but I am totally surprised with the quality of the images. I am also impressed with how quickly it processed from developing to clearing to toning and fixing and washing. Must order some soon .... I should have scan the prints in color rather than B&W . They are really a very nice warm black .
