VanDyke 11x14 print toned with palladium . This is from a series shot on Scala 135mm of the standing stones in Avebury, England. Print was contacted from an enlarged negative.
Very very nice.
I like that you used 'Stonehenge' paper for obvious reasons but also because it's very economical and excellent for alt processes.
What dilution of Hc-110 did you use?
Cheers
Victor
thanks victor. I appreciate your comments. I actually have also been using Platine, however, even thought it is a 'better' paper for iron processes (and palladium), I had very poor results of no dmax (apparently you need high humidity and warmer weather). I have been using 1:12 with stock solution. Because the original scala transparencies are of such low contrast, I can get away with this dilution. However, it is virtually impossible to get any detail in the hightlights and, thus, the blank skies.
