Aurora Borealis (Manitoba)

Another image from the stunning display the aurora put on in the wee hours of Saturday morning (read: 2:30 in the AM). I'm still a little dozy from the crazy hours put in, but I'm not complaining.

That's almost in my neck of the woods! I wish I was at home to see this, but instead I am very happy to see these photos of yours Colin. Reminds of long drives at night with my dad (after 4-H activities) where we'd just look at the lights in silence on the way back home.
 
The bright light on the horizon at right is a light-house. Once upon a time the mighty lake had quite an active fishery and steamship lines, too.
