Love photos like this, people making stuff.
There is good placement on the the young man and bike, don't think it is necessary to see what he is actually doing.
Now its about a young man putting together a bicycle, that most of us can relate to, if you include the engine it becomes more about that.
BTW nice tidy work shop, wish I could say the same about mine.
