Gavin, I know this is not the critics gallery, but I was wondering whether it would work better as a square, cropping out the bottom bit. Hope I'm not offending you with this remark. I love the sky and the tree!

Anne Marieke - thanks, I'd not thought of cropping until your suggestion, an interesting possibility. Mountain is a side-on view of Stac Pollaidh, photo taken from near the Lochinver - Achiltibuie road.
