Love the sharpness of her hair caught in mid-flight, and love her strong eye contact which draws me past her hair and into the photo. Many shots like this don't work well, but this one certainly does.

I like thje way that her hair is rendered , but this is nother picture of yours where the sitters eyes aren't sharp.
