Very nice, Mark. I like how resolute and determined she looks. The focus and the lens artifacts are all very complimentary of the print. Nice work.

A good portrait in itself but what really sets it apart is the way the overhead branch curls over her and then merges with the bush which in turn seems to suck up what may be stones or leaves, creating a kind of circling whirlpool effect around her.
Add the toning and it's a kind of "Alice in Wonderland" slightly surreal effect.
This one is needed for the family album. She may not appreciate it fully now but she will when she has left childhood behind. The place you can never return to.
