Antwerpen Centraal Station

The natural tendency would be to go square on to a subject like this, but the angle chosen really works well. I like how the glass, stonework, and clock all support each other. It also conveys the scale of these large buildings very well.

I suspect the light was fairly flat, so pushing the film probably helped with the contrast.

I love the Central Station and Antwerp. I lived there for a year in '83-'84. Would love to go back.
