The simplicity here works well but I really do not like that distracting spot (actually, two) that she is looking at. It takes my mind off of the 'purity factor' which makes this image. (It might be simply a film flaw.) - David Lyga

@David Lyga I like it a lot too but see a duck and a bird in the 'flaws'! all is in the eye of the beholder
