Finally off dial-up for awhile and able to appreciate this series you've got going here Matt. Very impressive. I really like the graphic sharpness of this one contrasted by the moving branch. That little puff adds a ghostly quality.
 
So you went back and the results are what we discussed (even better). For some reason I like the way the tree to the right seems ready to reach out for the angel...creates a bit of tension, I like it.

I keep feeling like "looking up into trees midday" is a potential series in and of itself.

I think the workmanship and the tonality are first rate. I do not know the orientation of the statue to the daylight but I would much prefer if the light was illuminating the front of the statue than the wings from the rear with a darkened angel front. If the sun moves sufficiently to light the front then I would love to see the photo reshot.
