Nice document....I love old boats where you can see the workmanship that went into building them...

A very interesting photo. I find myself wondering if the boat was a symphony of greys what was the purpose of the yellow filter? It would have provided some lightening of the sand if it was yellowish in coloration. My choice, were I capable of taking such a fine photo, would be to print it on, for example 8x10 paper, in a horizontal format doing all of my cropping from the bottom.
