I figured I would try this one again, this time using Ilford Delta 100. The scans just aren't coming out as nice as the prints and I am fighting dust on the negs while doing contact prints ( I can see this will be a battle to solve)
I backed the lighting away on this one as well, I noticed in the first one that it was washing any detail out of the face as well as losing detail in the hair and fur coat. I tried tilt on the camera for the first time so I could get more in focus in the image as well, It took me 15 minutes I bet going from spot to spot on the groundglass to see if everything that I wanted was in focus and readjusting the tilt until I was happy with it. The negative its self (I'm not used to seeing pyrocat negs) seems thin and it took a #3 1/2 filter setting on the enlarger to get the contrast that I was looking for out of it.
