Hi Andrew have been enjoying your ambrotypes and have been looking into this process myself. What have you been doing to get black glass? I have heard of a few different methods

thanks kerik, thanks sean. I've been using glass from a company called Spectrum Glass. They make glass for the glass art community mostly i think. I have a stained glass supplier here in northern california i can order it from in large sheets that i have them cut up into 6.5"x8.5" pieces for me. I think its www.spectrumglass.com. I'm using the 1009S black i think it is.
