94 year old Veteran of the Arctic Convoys marched behind me on this year's Brentwood Remembrance Parade -- I felt quite a 'Youngster' at 82 ! He marched all teh way from the Town Hall start to the War memorial but there had to 'Fall Out' to his wheelchair for the Service of Remembrance .

Great and moving portait !
Thanks for mentionning the Artic Convoys, I didn't know that particular episode, and I was intrigued by the Soviet medal he wore. And the french "Legion d'honneur", among others, BTW.
