Alley Washers

In Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood. Taken with a vintage Primo Jr. twin lens on 100 speed 127 film.

This is the first print I've sold. It raised $50 for a Katrina fundraiser.

I keep wanting to reach for my reading glasses, only to find that I'm already wearing them. Was the shaky, blurry image intentional? And if so, then why? It doesn't do anything for me, in terms of strengthening the image.

ya, everything else I can live with...and even enjoy, but have the guy's face in the foreground razor sharp. Nice concept though.

I took the photo as I was walking by - I didn't really have time to focus the image. It's all blurry and shaky, but I liked the way it turned out. So it wasn't intentional per-se, but I was pleased with the results.

I have to say, it doesn't work for me. However, if it works for you then Mission Accomplished!
