I am not sure that I understand the title of the picture, but I really like the composition and tones.

Labor peers out of the dark hole of the industrial floor at the unobtainable door of managment, which resides in the light!

(that's my reading)

Something I always teach in my classes are how titles lead the viewer into works of art ... both good and bad.
