Acadia Coastline

I shot this image one morning standing atop Otter Cliffs looking down the coastline to the right. When I left the campground that morning, in my mind I had envisioned waves crashing on the rocks. Alas, the water was almost as flat as a pancake. I went with a long exposure, and the foam swirling around, created a nice effect.

Really nice tones across the image - my computer screen mostly blocks up the black area in the middle foreground but as I move my head I can see that there is printable detail even in there if you wanted to dig it out. Nice Shot....

I like how you placed the horizon at the top of the frame with just a sliver of sky. A wonderful and calm picture of impressive and grand scale. Beautiful print.
