Abstracts

Went chasing abstracts with the Bronica 110 mm f/4.5 Macro 1:1 lens which has seen embarrassingly little use so far. I started out looking for some rocks along a trail I frequent. As I was sitting in the car finishing a coffee, I looked out at two sycamore trees and said Whoah!

So the project became two.

Yes, this one is lichen on a rock, I did hike over to the rocks but only after shooting a roll around the two sycamores. Thus my "the project became two." Only one of the three photos is bark.

(This was my first attempt to post multiple pictures with one upload, and I think I confused myself doing a "generic" description here! In the future I'll go back to one at a time. )
