Abandoned shops

I’m not sure. The place had a very well cared for park area, and there were fresh flower pots hanging from every lamp post. At the same time there wasn’t a lot of people around, and many shops were closed and empty like these ones. There was also a lot, and I mean A LOT, of “For Sale” signs on the houses there.

The place has a feeling perhaps of decline that’s just getting started, but that hasn’t fully caught on yet. Very nice place non the less.
