A simple sunlight building and unnaturally dark sky. Would I do it and does it work? Yes and Yes and everytime for me.
Delta 100 in a Hasselblad and with Perceptol - I wonder how big the enlargement would need to be before even the slightest graininess coud be detected?
Thanks for the posts. The inside was pretty messey and dimly lit as you can see by the windows boarded up. I just finished printing this photo this afternoon and it did turn out very nice. I produced a 10x10 on Ilford Warmtone FB with Ilford's warmtone developer as well as a 14x14 on Oriental Seagull FB developed in dektol 1-2 both split grade printed. The Delta 100 Perceptol produces extremely fine grain and nice edge effects.
The Perceptol 1-1 with Ilford Delta 100 produces extremely sharp negatives if that is what your after. I am enlarging to 15x15 with really no apparent grain. I read George Todd's "Elements of Black and White Photography which is a combination that he has used for a great many years and decided to give it a try.
