This is gently fading dereliction. The viewer needs to look closely to be rewarded by the outside light above the door, the milk churn and the broken panes on the porch.
Thank you. Some of the details (milk churm, outside light) I only discovered after developping and scanning. I love this place and definitely have to go back there before it is put down for a new roundabout.
I'm still trying to figure out whether it needs some cropping or not (to remove parts of the sky and roof).
I think a more front on shot would be better. That portion of a wall on the left hand side is a distraction as it appears to be falling into the picture. I feel that it should also be show at a harder grade. As it is it looks it is a bit lackluster. Maybe better light when you return to it (and you should) wil help.
