I love this type of scene. That house looks like it is in not too bad a shape.
The overall colour looks a bit different, is that from toning the print or my monitor I wonder.

I scan the black and white photo in colour, and usually convert it to monochrome in PS Elements. Forgot this time, so there is probably a bit of colour in it.
