It captures the Firth of Forth as it becomes the North Sea. There is no mistaking this for the Pacific and Malibu beach
 
Thanks for the comments gentlemen. I'm forever photographing the Firth of Forth as it becomes the North Sea, especially with an easterly gale blowing in winter.

Or is that just me remembering my many, many visits to the North Sea coast.
