A summer afternoon with my Holga

Why are these shots so appealing to me? I feel that you have brought together both depth and lightness . Somehow there is both seriousness and a complete sense of ease in the same picture. Certainly they are not the cliche that this sentimental subject matter usually produces.

This works so well. I'm not a huge Holga fan, but this really appeals. The antique colour effect is fab.

Brad, I'm a fan of this series as well. I have a holga, but shoot only black and white through it. These color images are great! And being from PA, these scenes are familiar to me. Great work!
