I also thought immediately of a commercial series, you know, "A Century of Levi Strauss" or such, presented in a very vintage way with b&w silver prints. Mind you, they would immediately object to having their logo blurred, but hey, if they're not paying...

As part an ongoing series, I think this shows a lot of potential. As a complete series I am not so sure, several of the photographs are very close in composition and impact. I think you will need to bring in more variety, if you do wish it to be a series making a broader statement. My suggestion would be to try to explore the boundaries a bit more, and... get you a hot model in dem jeans

A very good beginning to an interesting exploration!

P.S. you may find that wide open bokeh has less of a tendency to make moire-like patterns with the jeans texture.

thanks guys, haha keithwms, the title does suits the pictures.

I'm still exploring the large format and still not familiar with the camera.
The dof itself is hard to catch up, coming from a mf background.

Will definitely make more attempts with the ladies

I'd love to see a broader series, like Keith, that you could have alot of fun with..hell, imagine how much more fun yard sales and flea markets could become . Great idea
