levels and spotting in Photoshop etc. Spots! Old film in holders for at least a couple of years.

"Soft focus is a virus. Do not catch it if possible." Too late, been using meniscus and Periskop (double meniscus) lenses for decades already. Got my first one in 1968.
 
Like the antique vehicles, a happy affliction. ;~'))
