A Man And His Camera

Well, former camera. Last year I was out with Andrew Moxom, and I asked if I could make his portrait while holding up the little 'Great Wall' camera he had just purchased.
Since then he has continued to age with grace :D and refined his photography with the lens of the Great Wall removed, and cleverly adapted to a Hasselblad camera with a focal plane shutter, now calling it the 'Great Hassel'. He is making fantastic photographs with that combination, which should be news to nobody here.

Anyway, thanks Andy for being patient, and for sharing your beautiful gift with us here and elsewhere.

Thanks for having a look!

Excellent subject(s) and print. Always interested to see what comes out of Andrews vision and equipment.

Best,
Jim

I for one am glad you're going back through your older work and picking out ones like this to share. This is a great portrait, and a treat for us fellow APUG'ers due to the subject matter

Thanks to you all for your very kind comments! It is nice to get the opportunity to make portraits of those you admire. Pikey or not.
