This majestic Pratt Thru-Truss bridge, constructed in 1909 is located south of the town of Bixby in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. At some point updated from a wooden deck to a steel grate deck, this bridge still sports its original cast iron builders plates sitting proudly atop each entrance portal.
What a magnet!! The sight of the road passing thru' a magnificent portal and then disappearing into that beckoning landscape is such a lure .... wish I was there just to take the drive down that road and see what's waiting.
