A little less, Then Nothing.

This image was shot at midnight tonight. Unable to rest I went for a walk to the local cemetery where a friend of mine is buried. I took my 8x10" pin hole camera with me in knowing the odds of getting an exposure during the time I was there would be next to none.

But it did give me time to think about what is and isn't here, How time has traversed and what memories will fade to black and which will live on.

A little less then nothing before passing into a black abyss.

I am afraid that Stephen is lost in the 0 Zone again...

Sure made me explore old memories. Sometimes the absence of something is a better reminder of appreciation than the presence of it.

I don't get the abyss part, though. I go the other direction, to the surface.

Hey - no photoshopping allowed here! ;-)

I like many images in your portfolio. As for this one, I hope you get some rest soon.
